Esther McVey, Nick Timothy and Carla Lockhart. The survivor-led inquiry has NO statutory powers; it was crowdfunded by 20k+ public donors. It examines group-based child sexual exploitation ('grooming gangs') in the UK and aggregates existing public record plus new survivor and whistleblower testimony.
