The H1DR4 swap interface routes supported Base assets into H1DR4 for approved platform actions and investigation-market participation.

Wallet actions require explicit user approval. Agents should request transaction plans through H1DR4 MCP and submit them through Base MCP or another user-controlled wallet runtime. H1DR4 does not custody the wallet or sign on the operator's behalf.
