The on-chain registry stores sourced public incident dossiers as interactive transaction graphs with entities, directional fund flows, addresses, clusters, chronology, recovery accounting, and public activity logs.

## Registry data

- Incident title, classification, summary, status, and source URLs.
- Transaction hashes and chain context.
- Named or unknown entities with confidence labels.
- Directed fund-flow edges and expandable wallet clusters.
- Recovery, loss, seizure, and remaining-exposure accounting when sourced.
- Address notes, case comments, evidence submissions, and review receipts.
