H1DR4 investigation pools let communities fund cases, rank useful tips, vote on resolution, distribute rewards, and refund unresolved pools under V2 rules.
Contributors submit source-backed tips. Community and token-weighted voting can rank which tips materially advanced the case.
If a case is resolved, approved contributors can claim. If it expires unresolved under the pool rules, credited funders can refund.
