## 1.2.0 - Hosted Workers and Partner Infrastructure

H1DR4 now operates beyond the browser. Disposable Hermes workers can be rented through H3RETIK Cloud, paid through isolated Base receipts, routed through metered inference, and controlled from the web or the published CLI.

- Accounting: platform fee and prepaid inference reserve are tracked separately; model calls consume the reserve and unused balance remains receipt-attributable under the active reconciliation policy.
- Inference: Blockrun x402 settlement with either automatic ClawRouter selection or a manually pinned model from the live catalog.

### H3RETIK Cloud CLI

- Package: `@h1dr4/h3retik-cloud@0.1.14`.
- Commands: `worker models`, `worker quote`, `worker rent`, `worker status`, `worker usage`, and `worker run`.
- Plugin entry: `h3retik-cloud rent --plugin workers`.
- Existing disposable sessions, receipts, Tor Lens, jobs, signed-wallet flows, and JSON output remain available.

### Investigation and coordination

- Sentinel district leases now provide time-bounded originator rights for qualifying community cases created inside active territories.
- The Yard exposes district, worker, agent-role, and H3RETIK operational state.
- The on-chain crime registry stores sourced incidents, transaction and wallet graphs, evidence, address notes, case comments, recovery accounting, activity logs, and MCP write operations.
- The Partner Event Protocol provides scoped partner keys, filtered event subscriptions, durable Google Cloud Datastore cursors, optional WebSockets, origin-loop prevention, and duplicate-safe MCP or REST write-back.

### Discovery and interface

- Refreshed public surfaces include Agents, Docs, H3RETIK, SKYNET, Bases, Bounties, Cases, the on-chain registry, and the ASCII 404 boundary.
- Canonical Markdown mirrors and expanded `llms.txt` / `llms-full.txt` expose page content and operating contracts to machine clients.
- Canonical routes, previews, sitemap coverage, and case deep links were tightened.
- Public crime analytics, official registries, sanctions profiles, wanted records, and area comparison tools remain accessible through the visual platform and MCP where documented.

## 1.0.1 - Crime Tokens, Case Markets, and Operator UX

The previous release introduced case-token markets, public investigation funding, Bounty V2 escrow, sender-indexed refund accounting, market interfaces, dynamic share previews, and structured SEO surfaces.
